Coleman was born in Blackpool Lancashire. She went to Arnold School Blackpool as head girl. She also scored all As in her A-level exams. If Coleman was asked about her role in Emmerdale she replied that she regrets that she did not have a traditional university experience. Coleman performed as Crystal Clear at the Edinburgh Festival in a troupe called In Yer Space, which she participated in while in school. She won an award for her performance while the play was also highly praised. Coleman won the Emmerdale role Jasmine Thomas after auditioning with Drama schools. Coleman was nominated for awards in 2007 and won two awards. She was nominated for two awards. British Soap Awards nominated her as the best newcomer. At the National Television Awards, she received the award for most popular newcomer. She was nominated in the categories of Best Actress, Sexiest Woman and Best Dramatic performance in the British Soap Awards 2009. Coleman has been nominated as Best Actress by the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat announced at a Doctor Who press conference on 21 March that Coleman has replaced Karen Gillan as the companion of the Doctor following Arthur Darvill left the series she would play the role with Matt Smith. Moffat selected her for the role because she is the most successful in her interactions with Smith and spoke more quickly than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Since 1987, she's participated in TV and film projects. But, she's more recognized for her TV shows instead of films. Of the many roles Eva has appeared in, on TV shows, Dr. Maria Santos in All My Children and Detective Natalia Boa Vista' in CSI Miami are the two that are the most notable. It was the former that earned Eva two nominations for a Daytime Emmy. Also, she got to express her creative side by performing music. Eva is also a philanthropist, entrepreneur and the philanthropist. Eva is married to three men and has an infant from the third.
