Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing new goals every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows that use single arm pull downs with lats. She warms-up first before moving into work out sets. Ariel will also make use of every minute. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
